Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

The warranty period for all of our products is one year from its installation when our expert service will be provided free of charge except for the consumable parts such as a belt.

After one year’s warranty period elapsed, you may enter into an extended warranty contract on an annual basis for the monthly periodic checkup of the machine.

Why such an extended warranty contract is required?

Periodical Check Up
An adequate precaution has to be taken against any possible trouble of machine through a monthly periodical check up and cleaning.

A machine history-recording card may be of great help to understand its characteristic and to guarantee a trouble-free operation of machine.

A speedy dispatch and repairing by our service engineer can be warranted.

Free Parts Supply
During the period of warranty contract, all the replaced parts will be supplied at no additional cost.

It can be saved through this warranty contract.

Method and Procedure of signing an extended warranty contract

A certain annual amount for maintenance and after service is fixed and our expertise service will be periodically provided free of charge once a month for the prevention of any possible trouble and malfunction.
